Watch: Six And Out – Ravi Bishnoi Takes Out Travis Head’s Off Stump Immediately After Being Slogged For Six

Watch: Ravi Bishnoi cleaned up Travis Head with a ripper, castling his off-stump right after being slogged over mid-wicket for a six in the fifth IND vs AUS T20I at the Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru today (December 3).

On the second-tier surface of the Chinnaswamy Stadium, India struggled to 160 in 20 overs thanks to Shreyas Iyer’s battling half-century, his eighth in this format.

Travis Head got Australia off to a good start by hitting three fours in the first three balls of the run chase. He continued to attack and at the end of four overs he reached 22 off 14 balls.

At this point Australia led 40-1. Indian team captain Suryakumar Yadav decided to add some spin. Bishnoi are now 5 overs.

Bishnoi conceded one point off the first ball and then scored two points against Head. Something had to give when Head stooped and swept the fourth ball of the over to midwicket for six.

But Bishnoi has come back strong. The left-hander took a faster, flatter throw to the off-stump from an angle over the wicket, deceiving the header who returned to defend the ball on the offside. The ball hit his outside edge and bounced over the stumps, ending his brief cameo with 28 off 18 balls.

Bishnoi took another wicket in the next over and Australia were sluggish at 55-3 after seven overs.
