Sreesanth Accuses Gautam Gambhir Of Calling Him ‘Fixer’ In Stunning Revelation

Sreesanth has said that Gautam Gambhir continuously called him “fixer” during their war of words during the Eliminator of the 2023 Legends League Cricket in Surat on Wednesday (December 7).

Sreesanth was given a lifetime ban for his alleged involvement in the 2013 IPL spot match-fixing scandal, but was acquitted two years later. His suspension was reduced to seven years and now he is in the LLC, Gujarat where he is representing the Giants.

During the eliminator match against India Capitals, Sreesanth was hit by Gautam Gambhir for a six and a four, after which he allegedly stared at Gambhir while returning to his bowling target. After the power play, both teams engaged in a heated exchange that even involved the referee.

In an Instagram post, Sreesanth claimed that Gambhir repeatedly called him a “fixer”. He also accused Gambhir of abusing him.

“I never said a bad word or insult to him. I just kept saying, ‘What do you say?'” In fact, he said to me, “Fixer, fixer. Fuck you, Fixer,” he kept calling me, and I kept laughing at the sarcasm. This is the language used. ”

Earlier on Wednesday, Sreesanth had uploaded another video on his social media account in which he narrated the exchange. A person who always fights with all his co-workers. For no reason. He doesn’t even respect his senior players including Vir Bhai. That’s exactly what happened today. Without any provocation, he kept saying very rude things to me, which Mr. Gautam Gambhir should not have said.

“It’s not my fault at all here. I wanted to clear the air right away. Sooner or later you’re all going to know what Mr. Gauti did. What he said cannot be accepted as something that is lived on a cricket field. My family, my state, everyone has been through a lot. I fought this battle with your support. Now people are trying to put me down for no reason. He said things he shouldn’t have said. I’ll be sure to let you know what he said. ”

After the first video, Gambhir posted a tweet with a smiling photo and the caption, “Smile when the world is watching!”

However, following Sreesanth’s recent allegations, he is yet to comment.
