‘Got my verse ready’ – Iheanacho shows support as Iwobi tests his rap skills with Onana

Alex Iwobi has returned to the Super Eagles squad after being left out of the squad against Sao Tome and Principe.

Leicester City’s star striker Kelechi Iheanacho has expressed his full support for fellow Nigerian footballer Alex Iwobi as he shows off his rap skills with former teammate Amadou Onana, reports Soccernet.ng. Reported.

It is no secret that Fulham’s Iwobi has musical talent as an off-field artist. Several videos of him in the studio have gone viral.

He recently showed off his rapping skills in the studio with former Everton teammate Amadou Onana. Football Fit shared a video of the two rapping together.

Iwobi, who met Kenneth Omeruo and Samuel Chukwueze on his way to the Super Eagles camp, once again showed off his rapping skills on social media.

Leicester striker Iheanacho, who has been called up by coach Peseiro to join the squad that will attack Saudi Arabia and Mozambique in the coming days, commented on his feed to show his support and prepared a poem of his own. He also said that he is doing so.

“My poem is over, brother,” Iheanacho wrote in response to Iwobi’s post.

The Nottingham Forest striker, who is currently on loan at Istanbul Basaksehir, also responded to Iwobi’s social media post, jokingly calling him “Naija Boy” with a laughing fiery emoji.

Iwobi recently rejoined the Super Eagles squad after being left out of the squad for the Africa Cup of Nations final qualifier against Sao Tome and Principe.

Iwobi will be aiming to make a big contribution to victory as Peseiro’s side face the Arabs and Mozambicans in Portugal in the coming days.
