Napoli recently shared a video on social media in which Victor Osimhen appears to be mocking the Nigerian attacker
Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen has been spotted resuming training ahead of the match between Napoli and Udinese despite the TikTok controversy, Soccernet.ng reported.
The Nigeria international arrived at the team hotel in Napoli on Wednesday afternoon, clearly dissatisfied with the club’s recently posted TikTok video.
A video posted by the club on social media platforms and later deleted following backlash in May appeared to mock him for missing a crucial chance.
Osimhen’s attitude on arrival was particularly cruel, appearing to ignore some of his team-mates, including Diego Demme and Piotr Zielinski.

The 24-year-old striker’s dissatisfaction was clear and it cast a shadow over the team’s preparations for the next Serie A match against Udinese.
Despite the frustration, Osimhen was included in Napoli’s squad for the game against Udinese and is expected to be in the starting eleven, but his recent form has seen him score in the final four games of the Masters Series. I haven’t been able to do it.
The situation has raised questions about Osimhen’s mental state and his ability to put recent events aside to deliver a strong performance for Napoli.
