“Saudi can wait” – Mikel Obi urges Victor Osimhen to snub Saudi offer and move to Chelsea

Victor Osimhen has been nominated for the Ballon d’Or, FIFA Player of the Year and CAF Player of the Year after a fantastic season in Italy.

2013 AFCON winner and Super Eagles midfielder John Obi Mikel has urged Napoli striker Victor Osimhen to postpone his move to Saudi Arabia and spend time at ChelseaSoccer Net.ngreported.

Mikel spent 11 years at Chelsea, winning multiple trophies including the UEFA Champions and the Europa League, and spoke out about the need for a new Drogba at his old club.

At 36 years old, Victor Osimhen is the perfect player to play this role, as he has all the qualities the Ivorian has shown during his playing days and is still young.

Obi Wan Podcast Mikel expressed his enthusiasm for Osimhen and even said he would broker a deal as his agent if given the opportunity.
