Boniface is considered the ideal replacement for Serbian striker Dusan Vlahovic if he decides to leave Juventus.
Juventus are reportedly working on extending Vlahovic’s contract. However, the former Italian champion is willing to part with an offer of at least 75 million euros.
Real Madrid are believed to be the former Fiorentina star’s biggest fans as they look to strengthen their striker options by signing the talented striker.
According to Blast News, if Vlahovic leaves the club, Juventus will replace him with Bayer Leverkusen striker Bonifatis.
The 23-year-old striker has really turned heads this season. He scored his 10 goals in Germany’s Bundesliga, DFB Cup and Europa League and also provided his 4 assists to his teammates.
In his first few months in Germany after joining from Belgian side Union Saint Giroise, Boniface has already won two Rookie of the Month awards and one Bundesliga Player of the Month award. .
Boniface is currently Nigeria’s second most valuable player after Napoli star Victor Osimhen at €40 million, according to Transfermarkt.
It is unlikely that Bayer Leverkusen will approve his departure in January as they fight for the league title and make their mark on the European continent.
