“Onuachu can win the Super Lig Golden Boot”- Former Super Eagles striker

Onuaçu only moved to Turkey in the summer, but he entered the league like a fish out of water

Striker Michael Enelamo, who made 11 appearances for the Super Eagles, has hinted that Paul Onuachu could win the Super Lig Golden Boot if he continues his good form, Soccer reported.

After three successful seasons with Genk, Onuachu moved to Southampton in January. However, the Super Eagles star player failed to make an impression on the club as the club struggled to survive in the Premier League.

Onuachu appeared in 12 games for the Saints and failed to contribute a goal. And with his place in the team still in jeopardy, the 29-year-old striker joined Trabzonspor on a season-long loan deal.

Since joining the former Turkish champions, Onuaçu has had an impressive performance with six goals and one assist in eight games. He currently sits in his sixth place on the top scorer list, four goals behind Edin Dzeko.

“Trabzonspor striker Paul Onuachu is a great and very good striker. Onuachu is also a quick striker and can score goals from all angles,” said Enelamo Kuzey Ekspres< /em>

“He has great potential. I believe he can become the top scorer if he maintains his current form.”

Onuachu wants to make a big impression this season and could be considering a move to a bigger club. He has also lost his place in the national team, but if he maintains this form he could earn an invitation.
