“Unfortunately, the 2023/2024 league season, which was originally scheduled to begin this Saturday in Uyo, the capital of Akwa Ibom State, will be rescheduled to a new date more convenient for the teams once club activities are completed. We would like to inform you that the “formalization of the registration process” has been postponed, the statement said.
The statement further clarified that clubs must complete their registration by 3 November 2023 and emphasized that failure to meet this new registration deadline will result in non-participation in the league. .
Part of the statement looks like this: “We expect Optimum Corporation to assure all participating clubs that the licensing process will be completed no later than Friday, November 3, 2023.”< /p>
“However, clubs that have not completed their registration by November 3 and 7, 2023 will initially only be charged an additional fee of N200,000.00 (Two Hundred Thousand Naira).”< /em>
