Nepal are currently hosting Namibia and the Netherlands for a T20I tri-series in Kirtipur, which will conclude on March 5. Here is the full list of fixtures and match timings for the series.
Records have already been set in the Tri-Series after Namibia’s Jan Nicol Lofty-Eaton broke the men’s T20I century record in the first match. When Lofty-Eaton came to the crease and hit a 33-ball hundred, Namibia were 62-3, one ball better than Kushal Mara’s record. Ironically, Mara was one of the opposition bowlers who witnessed Lofty Eason’s blitz. The middle-order batsman scored 92 runs off bounds before being bowled out on 101 off 36 balls (11 of his fours and eight of his sixes).
Namibia defeated Nepal by 186 points and won by 20 points. In the second match of the tournament, Holland snapped Nepal’s second consecutive loss with her two-run victory.
Each team will play twice in double rounds before the final on March 5th. For each win he is given 2 points, and for a draw he is given 1 point.
