Mohammed Kaif, Shami’s Brother, Takes Three Wickets In 13 Balls In Second Ranji Trophy Game

Watch Mohammed Shami’s younger brother Mohammed Kaif picked up 4-14 in just his second first-class match during a 2023/24 Ranji Trophy clash, helping bowl out Uttar Pradesh for 60 in their first innings.

Bengal’s Kaif, who had picked up 3-62 on debut in this season’s opener against Andhra, displayed his skills once again against Uttar Pradesh, picking up a four-for to skittle them out for 60 at the Green Park Stadium in Kanpur on Friday (January 12).

Coming in as the first-change bowler, the 27-year-old right-arm quick started by getting the wicket of Samarth Singh with a short delivery that caught the batter’s edge. Thereafter, Kaif was unstoppable, picking up three more wickets in 13 balls to leave Uttar Pradesh reeling.
