India and Pakistan held a joint training session at Palekele Stadium in Kandy ahead of their Asian Cup match on 2 September. A video of both players greeting each other and having a laugh or two has gone viral.
Skipper Rohit Sharma took on Babar Azam and Virat Kohli took on Haris Rauch as he had two consecutive hits in the turning point of the match at the ICC T20 World Cup 2022.

In the video, as Harris approaches to see Kohli, he says, “Jidal se gzarta h na, Kohli – Kohli hota hai (wherever you go, people will chant your name).” . Hearing Rauf’s words, Virat burst into laughter. Here is the video.

India and Pakistan will face each other in an ODI match for the first time in four years, following the 2019 World Cup won by Men In Blue. Meanwhile, Pakistan has great confidence in the ongoing Asian Cup after beating Nepal by 238 points while India has yet to open.
