The two semi-finals will be played at Willowmoor Park in Benoni. In fact, the U19 World Cup final will also be held at the same location.

Defending champions India will face hosts South Africa in the first semi-final on February 6, followed by the second semi-final between Australia and Pakistan two days later.
Both games begin at 10 a.m. local time. This is 1:30 PM India time.
