On Monday, he was named GGDC Serie A Player of the Year. After receiving the award, the former Lille player dedicated it to Napoli and the fans.

“Those who know me know that I don’t try to take credit for everything. Personally, I am a team player and if I could share this award, , I believe that I will share this award with Kvaratschelia and my other teammates, because we deserve it.” Osimhen said.

“Last season, we all contributed greatly to each other’s success. This award goes to the rest of our teammates, both here and not here.

“This award also goes to Mr. Spalletti, Mr. De Laurentiis and everyone who works in Napoli.” The fans deserve this award and this award represents all of Napoli. I’m proud to have won this and that’s the most important thing for me right now. ”

Osimhen had a great start to the season, but his performance declined after an injury layoff. But he becomes active again and tries to score a lot of goals.
