Ex-Chelsea star mimics Super Eagles striker’s celebration

German defender Antonio Rudisier said he copied Super Eagles striker Victor Boniface’s celebration after scoring Germany’s opening goal in Wednesday’s 2-2 international friendly draw with MexicoSoccer reported.

Boniface has taken Germany by storm this season, scoring nine goals and providing three assists in 10 games for Leverkusen. In addition to his ball skills and his ability to score goals, he has also gained popularity through his social media memes and quirky goal celebrations.

Every time he scores a goal, the 22-year-old striker gets over the corner flag in an interesting way.

Boniface Rudisier’s celebrations seem to have already won him over, with the former Chelsea defender emulating his celebrations after scoring for Germany on Wednesday.

Unfortunately for Rudiger, the match ended in a 2-2 draw. But after the match, the Real Madrid star revealed that he was inspired by Boniface.
