“Ade is a player we know well and we have faced the difficult task of stopping her for many seasons during her time at Watford, which has proven to be an almost impossible challenge.< /p>

“The opportunity to attract a player of Ade’s caliber from a professional club only confirms the direction MK Dons Women are always heading in.”

Who is Fatuga-Dada?

Fathuga Dada’s soccer journey began at the Hornets Center of Excellence when she was just 12 years old.

She then made a huge impact on Arsenal’s U17 women’s team, playing a key role in winning the FA Youth Cup.

On her return to Watford, she not only became an influential member of the team on the pitch, but was also named PFA Community Champion for the 2019/20 season. During her time at Watford, she made 113 appearances in 8 of her seasons.

On the international stage, Fatuga Dada initially represented England at youth level, but committed his future to Nigeria, where his parents are from, in 2021.

Super Falcons head coach, Randy Waldrum, has called the Super Falcons to the Aisha Buhari invitational tournament and WAFCON qualifier against Ivory Coast in Abuja.

Although she has yet to make her debut with the Super Falcons and was not even included in Nigeria’s squad for the 2023 FIFA World Cup in Australia and New Zealand, joining MK Dons Women is a welcome addition for her. It’s been an exciting chapter in my career.
