Magnussen sees Tsunoda clash in Chinese GP as racing incident

Kevin Magnussen felt it was a racing incident with Yuki Tsunoda in F1 Chinese GP after the clash at the re-start.

It had not been as fantastic for either Haas’ Magnussen and Visa Cash App RB’s Tsunoda in F1Chinese GP Both were running outside the factors, with the Japanese chauffeur looking in a somewhat much better form to rack up with exactly how the race was panning out.

The re-start reversed both their races. Tsunoda went a little bit vast at Turn 6 and Magnussen saw a possibility to take the within line. However, the Dane apparently went a little bit much more in the direction of his left than he need to have, therefore reaching the Japanese chauffeur.

He was rotated about with a leak which finished his race. Magnussen remained to end up 16th. Post- race, the Dane felt it can have been a racing incident after the guardians concurred that he was primarily to be criticized for the clash.

“It seems to me like he was going very wide and then he made a mistake anyway and I was kind of locked in my rotation and I couldn’t really do anything more but they think it was a penalty for me,” claimed Magnussen to media. “It is what it is. I believe it seems like I did what I can do.

“When we had contact, there was a car’s width, so I think we just misread each other a little bit I guess. I need to review it but for me, might as well be a racing incident,” summarized Magnussen, as Tsunoda safeguarded his side mentioning that he offered adequate area to the Dane and still he struck him.

The time charge was simply as per theJapanese “It was pretty frustrated how I ended up especially…I gave space to him quite a lot but ended up in a DNF, it is pretty frustrating and I am pretty annoyed,” claimedTsunoda “The 10s charge is much better than fives, I believe it is the minimal charge that they need to provide.

“He is still racing and I am not. I kind of like that race, shame that I ended up with a DNF in the middle of the race, still lot of things to work on. The pace wasn’t also still great, I was pretty happy with progress I was doing but the pace itself wasn’t great, it was normal.”
