Bowler Shohidul Islam landed awkwardly after imitating Cristiano Ronaldo’s SIUUU celebration, while Tanjid Hasan had to evade Romario Shepherd. Romario Shepard made a good decision to slide in and ran back to catch him, but he turned around and slipped out before holding back. Congratulations to the West Indies.
Shohidul was able to complete the over after treatment, but Tanjid had to leave the field.
Tangid had scored an outstanding century as they defeated Chattogram Challengers by 192-4 with a 65-ball 116. The batsman who fell was Khulna’s Tigers captain Anamul Haq, who top-scored with 35 off 24 as the team slumped to his 127 runs.
Chattogram Challengers are currently third in the BPL standings with seven wins from 12 matches, while Khulna Tigers are fifth with five wins and one less match.
