UFC 296: Tony Ferguson signs David Goggins for intensive training ahead of fight against Paddy Pimblett
The former interim UFC champion has an updated training program. He thanked “Coach Goggins” and said Pimblett would step down. And in the video, you can see the two training very hard. The extreme training was so intense that Ferguson sometimes vomited.
Goggins is a former U.S. Navy SEAL and certified hardman. He became known for his extreme training regimen and strict discipline. In recent years, Goggins has also received a lot of attention on social media thanks to his comments on training and fitness.
Ferguson training with Goggins is not that surprising. “El Cucuy” also offers unique and extreme training measures. Additionally, Ferguson will enter the Octagon at UFC 296 after suffering six straight losses in the UFC. That’s why he needs all the help he can get to set the record straight. One more loss could spell the end for Tony Ferguson.
Paddy Pimblett may not be the toughest challenge in the division, but his clumsy style could make things difficult for Ferguson. Additionally, Pimblett is a skilled grappler, which he could use to great advantage against “El Cucuy.”
You are now done. This is the training program of Tony Ferguson and David Goggins. What do you think about this link? Do you think Goggins can help end his losing streak?
