F1 Academy releases 7-round calendar for 2024 season

F1 Academy has announced its seven-round calendar for the 2024 season, becoming F1’s full-time support series.

F1 Academy today announced the calendar for the 2024 F1 Academy season. This season will feature seven rounds, all of which will be a companion series to his FIA Formula 1 World Championship. The second season of the all-female series begins March 7 in Saudi Arabia and concludes December 8 in Abu Dhabi.

In addition to hosting the opening and final matches, Miami, Qatar and Singapore will also be added to the calendar for the first time, with Zandvoort and Barcelona returning for the second time. This calendar is designed to span three continents: Europe, Asia and North America, and includes a mix of street circuits and traditional racing circuits.

The race calendar will be complemented by an extensive official test calendar, to be announced in due course. The announcement follows last month’s news that the F1 Academy will be supported by all 10 F1 teams, with each team sending a driver to the series and liverying their car.
